These two prints would be a size 20 shoe!!
HELLO, December is upon us and the snow season here in new England. If you can bare the snow and cold, this is an excellent time of year to track Sasquatch. However your best chances are during a snow storm as I believe they use severe weather events to move around. Of course, we really don't know for sure but the native Americans used snow falls to mask their movements from hostile tribes. the snow filling in their trackways. Something to think about. Have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
IN 1603, SAMUEL DE CHAMPLAIN WROTE THAT WHILE SAILING THE ST. LAWRENCE RIVER, NATIVE CREWMEN TOLD HIM OF THE GOUGOU. A HAIRY GIANT SAID TO ROAM THE WOODS. SIEUR PREVERT, ANOTHER FRENCH EXPLORER, TOLD CHAMPLAIN HE HAD SAILED CLOSE TO AN ISLAND WHERE THIS CREATURE LIVED AND THEY HEARD STRANGE HISSING NOISES WHICH CAUSED EVERYONE ON BOARD TO HIDE THEMSELVES WHEREVER THEY COULD. THESE ACCOUNTS WOULD CERTAINLY NOT BE THE LAST. IN FACT, THEY'RE STILL HAPPENING!! From the book "Bigfoot Encounters in NY and New England" By Robert and Paul Bartholomew.
This Pic has been reviewed by non other than Cliff Barackman of Finding Bigfoot. He is one of those researchers who's integrity speaks for itself. His is probably one of the most respected names in the study of Sasquatch. He has concluded that this pic is Pareidolia. I cannot consciously call it real after conferring with him but I must say it's better than a lot of squatchblobs out there. I am leaving it up for people to make up their own minds. Thank you, Charles Kearn. You can email me at Chuck@bigfootinnewengland.com
Welcome to Bigfoot in New England. This site is always changing and will expand as I acquire more field research. I work full time and most weekends so getting out in the field is sporadic at best. To be absolutely honest, I hate the term Bigfoot. It conjures up things like fairy's and dragons which leave behind no physical evidence. Sasquatch do. Unfortunately, the internet requires this term almost exclusively to allow traffic to find this site but I prefer Sasquatch. I have no desire in spending time and energy trying to convince people that Sasquatch exist. Your going to believe what you want. However please keep an open mind and I ask you not to cast judgement until you have examined ALL the available evidence. This is no easy task for one must navigate through the minefield of liars and hoaxers and those researchers who mean well but are unable to properly collect evidence or attribute every anomaly in the woods to Sasquatch. Click on the video link to watch the late Dr. John Bindernagel explain types of evidence and how they could turn main stream science in the right direction. When I am in the field full time, I will start to catalogue my findings in detail through photos, DNA sample results, vocal recordings, track casts, etc. Currently this site is simply an introduction to Sasquatch and the rich New England history that I feel supports its validity. I have experienced some pretty amazing things since I started and I really owe it all to Robert W. Morgan. Without his book, "Bigfoot Observer's Field Manual," I never would have heard my first tree knock, or seen my first 14" print. Thank you. Now, a word about science. Sadly, any form of evidence other than a body on a dissection table, will ever satisfy main stream science. They refuse to look at any evidence despite how abundant or properly collected. I am convinced however that these animals only require our absence to survive not our help. I have also provided links to other researchers so you can see for yourself the hard work being accomplished. Ones that I admire and who exemplify what Sasquatch research can be without the "Carnival elements". I also have a contact page. I love talking with people about this subject. If you would like to talk about a sighting or report evidence please visit the contact page. I will get back to you asap. I think people who have seen an animal that our highly-esteemed, scientific community insists does not exist, deserve some respect and honesty. This, I feel, is the biggest travesty concerning this subject today. So, please enjoy this site. Take advantage of the book links and historical data. You will also be surprised to learn who the first Europeans were to possibly see a Sasquatch 500 years before Columbus' arrival. Thank You, Chuck Kearn.
